At Urban Soch, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully:

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, except for items from our Luxe Collection.

• Customized products (made as per your requirements) are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Products purchased during special offers (e.g., Stock Clearance Sale, Buy 1 Get 1 Free) and the Luxe Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

  Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be intact

  • Product should be returned in original packaging

  Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products

  • Items bought during final sale or clearance

• Refunds for returns will be issued as Urban Soch store credit, valid for 1 year.

• Store credit cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional deal.
  

Order Cancellations

• Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be issued after deducting payment gateway/transaction charges.

• If a prepaid order delivery fails due to wrong address, unavailable customer, or incorrect contact details, the order will not be refunded. Instead, store credit will be issued after deducting the logistic charges.
